Welcome to 3D-MAGHRIBI
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3D-MAGHRIBI marketplace platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our website (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to bound by these Terms.
1Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You differ sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2License to 3D Models
When you purchase a 3D model ("Asset") from the Platform, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the Asset, subject to the following conditions:
Permitted Uses
- Integration into your own video games, virtual reality projects, or architectural visualizations.
- Creation of 2D images or video content ("Renders").
- Modification of the Asset for use in your specific project.
Prohibited Uses
- Reselling the Asset as a standalone file or part of a stock asset pack.
- Sharing the Asset file on peer-to-peer networks or file hosting services.
- Using the Asset in a way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the original creator or third parties.
3Payments and Refunds
Digital Goods Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where the Asset is materially defective or does not match its description.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4User Content
By posting content (such as reviews, comments, or your own 3D models for sale) on the Platform, you grant 3D-MAGHRIBI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform's marketing and operation.
5Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3D-MAGHRIBI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
